Krajowy System e-Faktur, the Polish national e-invoicing system. Since 1 April 2026 almost every VAT payer in Poland has to issue invoices through it, the smallest firms from 1 January 2027. Invoices get a KSeF number and a QR code.
Sending invoices from your system from PLN 4,900 net, sending and receiving from PLN 9,900. Polish integrators charge PLN 4,800 to 12,000 for sending and 7,600 to 20,000 for receiving. A ready gateway at PLN 10 to 100 a month is enough if you invoice from popular software that already supports KSeF.
Yes. KSeF has a public API and a test environment. You need a token or a KSeF certificate issued in your taxpayer account. I do not store your certificate.
Offline24 mode: the invoice is issued with a QR code and reaches KSeF by the next working day. The integration does it on its own and shows what is still waiting.
Yes. A shop with the warehouse and accounting, a CRM with invoicing, your own panel with BaseLinker or Odoo. KSeF is the most common reason, but the craft is the same.
B2B invoice, half at the start and half after the switch to production. The care plan is billed monthly, with no annual contract.
