Process automation, Automation
without the hand work.

Invoices from email land in accounting on their own. An enquiry from the form goes into the CRM and gets a reply. A report from three systems builds itself on Monday morning. I build it in n8n on your server, or in custom code when n8n is not enough.

from PLN 3,500

net, one process

1 to 2 weeks

What you get.

Before the build we time how long one operation takes by hand. After it we count how many ran on their own and how often someone had to step in. Personal data goes only under a data processing agreement, and I pick language models with EU data residency.

Process review: PLN 900 net for a two-hour call and a list of processes with the hours you can get back. I deduct it from the build.

1 to 2 weeks

  • the process written down, before and after
  • n8n on your server, with backups
  • a week of parallel testing
  • a guide for the person who uses it
  • 30 days of fixes
  • access and code are yours

Packages.

Three sizes. Each starts with the process written down and ends with a week in which the old and the new way run side by side.

  1. Start

    from PLN 3,500

    1 to 2 weeks

One process end to end, up to three systems. For example invoices from email into the accounting software, or a lead from the form into the CRM with a reply to the customer.

    • one process, up to three systems
    • error alerts by email
    • a week of parallel testing
  2. Most often

    Standard

    from PLN 9,000

    3 to 5 weeks

Three processes, one of them with a language model: sorting email, pulling data out of documents, summaries. A panel with the run history and error notifications.

    • three processes
    • one with a language model
    • a panel with run history
  3. Extended

    from PLN 15,000

    5 to 8 weeks

Processes in custom code where n8n falls short: queues, large volumes, a panel for your staff, systems without ready connectors.

    • custom code and queues
    • a panel for staff
    • monitoring and documentation

Care: from PLN 300 net a month. Monitoring, fixes after changes in your systems and two hours of work included, further hours at PLN 140.

Not in the price

  • tool subscriptions: n8n cloud, Make, Zapier
  • language model tokens, billed at cost
  • the server, usually yours
  • changes inside the source systems

Who it is for.

For companies of a few to a few dozen people where someone in the office is the system: retyping data from email, spreadsheets and PDFs.

  1. Supplier invoices arrive by email as PDFs and someone retypes them into the accounting software.
  2. Enquiries from the form, email and phone end up in several inboxes and some get lost.
  3. The weekly report for the boss is put together by hand from three spreadsheets.
  4. Customers get a reminder about their appointment only when someone remembers to call.

How we sew it.How we work together

  1. Measure.

A two-hour call about what repeats every day. I write the processes down, time one operation and send a written quote within two working days.

  2. Fittings.

I build the first process and run it next to the old way. For a week we compare the results and I fix what drifts.

  3. Handover.

The process goes live for good, your staff get a guide, you get the access and a backup. Error alerts go to the address you choose.

  4. Alterations.

For 30 days I fix whatever practice shows. Then a monthly care plan, or a handover to your team.

there's usually more than one fitting

What we measure.

We write the numbers down before the start and count them again after a month.

  1. hours of hand work a week, timed on 20 operations before the start
  2. operations run automatically each month, from the n8n log
  3. errors where someone had to step in
  4. time from a customer enquiry to the reply

Questions.

How much does process automation cost?

One process from PLN 3,500 net, three processes with a language model from PLN 9,000. Polish agencies charge PLN 900 to 4,000 per process, with a median of about 2,500. What you get for the difference is the process written down, a week of parallel testing, a data processing agreement and custom code where connectors run out.

n8n, Make or custom code?

n8n when the systems have ready connectors and the process fits in a dozen steps. I host it on your server, so you do not pay per run. Custom code when there is a lot of data, queues, unusual systems or a panel for staff. Make and Zapier stay if you already use them.

Is automation with a language model GDPR compliant?

Yes, if personal data goes to a provider under a data processing agreement with EU data residency, and the company records it in its register of processing. That is how I set it up. Data that does not need to leave the company stays with you.

What happens when a process breaks?

You get an email alert and the process stops at the faulty item instead of passing it on. Under the care plan I read the run log and fix things before anyone notices.

When is automation not worth it?

When the operation happens a few times a month or looks different every time. I say so at the process review and do not sell the build.

Can I change the processes myself later?

Yes. n8n runs on your server, you have access and a guide. Custom code comes in a repository with documentation.
